Day 24 - Starch Solution

Nothing new to report today. Breakfast was quinoa and this time I added a little less of the flakes (though it might have been more water) and it basically turned out the same. Either way it is quite filling and the way I’ve been eating it is just like the way I’d eat porridge or oats. Simply, quick and tasty (well, once you add something to it).

Lunch was the usual box of yesterday’s dinner and was as usual very tasty.

A similar repeat for dinner…

All in all a very simple, not to say boring, day :)
