I have it on good authority that starches make you fat. BigPharma agrees. I do not. Let's see who is right.


Day 33 - Starch Solution

Once again, beans for breakfast. I’m really starting to find that as a useful snack and breakfast. It lasts forever and it can sit under my desk without getting in the way. They only take a few minutes in the microwave but you can also eat them cold if need be. Even better, most cans these days come with ring pulls - instant stack!

Lunch was the usual, although I was hungrier earlier so I actually ate it on time. Very tasty and again, with the potato, it tasted something a little special. I’m thinking my tastes are really changing.

5pm it was time for a snack pot. I wasn’t expecting to eat until much later so I decided to get one of the thai peanut pots. Very tasty. Turned out to be a good idea as I didn’t get home until almost 11pm. I attended a lecture that was really well delivered on green energy and technology. Very good stuff.

Dinner was absent, as I felt it was too late to eat at 11pm. I did eat a few a grapes which was nice - just a little something to tide me over :)
